This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner on 11.02.2015 in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that after issuing summons, the respondent police have conducted enquiry and both parties agreed to go before the civil court and hence, the complaint has been closed. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) served the copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
