2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
3. It is not in dispute that survey No.370/1, Koduvillarpatti Village is a water body. Whenever encroachments are found in a water body, they will have to be necessarily removed. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader confirms that the encroachments found in the petition mentioned survey number will be cleared.
5. Recording the said undertaking, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
