ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that earlier, for the very same set of facts, the petitioner has given two complaints on 19.10.2015 and 19.01.2016 before the 2nd respondent Police and based on the two complaints, enquiry was conducted and closed. She further submitted that again the petitioner sent another complaint on the very same set of facts to the 2nd respondent Police through post. 2.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner has sent two complaints on the very same set of facts and that enquiry has been conducted and closed, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
