This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 9.3.2015 made to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the respondents submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed in the matter.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been given summon before the complaint is closed. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to call for the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, proceed further. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
