O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner made an application for transfer and the same was rejected. Because of that, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the proposed accused. 3.On perusal of the complaint, it is seen an enquiry has been conducted and it reveals that no criminal offence has been made out. The petitioner has been removed from service and that he has given the said complaint, as rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no case is made out and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
