This petition has been filed praying to direct respondent to file a final report in Crime No.104 of 2017, dated 23.04.2017 on the file of the respondent U/ss.420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed

within two months.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.104 of 2017, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
