COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for a direction, restraining the respondents from in anyway disturbing the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents would submit that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.12414 of 2014 dated 23.01.2024, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in all the Writ Petitions become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
