This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 to 4, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.70 of 2013, under Sections 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) I.P.C., on the file of the first respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioners.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed under Sections 294(b) & 307 I.P.C., and the case was committed to the Court of Sessions and now https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case in S.C.No.83 of 2014 is pending, on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Devakottai.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
