2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.10.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.831 of 2020 on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared before the enquiry officer and gave a statement that he will produce documents, which are available with him and work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the court and in view of the statement of the petitioner, it came to be closed. Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.5385 and 5386 of 2021 direction, this petition has been listed today. The copy of the closure report has been submitted before this Court. It is seen that during the course of enquiry, counter respondent did not appear.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be given to the petitioner to work out his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.
4. When the complaints given by the petitioner are closed, liberty is always available to the petitioner to work out his remedy thorough appropriate proceedings.
5. The petitions are disposed of with the above said liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
