The petitioners are facing trial in C.C.No.64 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002.
2. The affected parties, namely, Govindammal, Aishwarya and Panjali are present in person before me. They have no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings.
