ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 28.03.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate , Peraiyur vide the letter in D.No.1001 / 2024 dated 14.05.2024, this Court made the following order:

This court, by order dated 28.03.2024, directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2019, within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, vide letter dated 16.05.2024, this court by order dated 26.06.2024, extended time till 31.08.2024.

3. Now, the learned District Munsif, once again addressed a letter vide D.No.985, dated 04.07.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further three months time to comply with the orders dated 28.03.2023 and 26.06.2024 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 28.03.2023 and the subsequent order dated 26.04.2024.
