This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.238 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same, in so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.23/2016 and subsequently, the case has been committed to the Sessions Court and taken on file as S.C.No.747/2016 and made over to the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Valliyoor. He further submitted that the said case has been ended in acquittal on 25.04.2017 and the all the accused were acquitted.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
