This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the F.I.R in Cr.No.240 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2.Heard both sides.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar on 19.09.2015, but the same has not yet been taken on file.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar is directed to verify as to whether charge-sheet has already been filed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cr.No.240 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent, and if it so, he has to take the case on file without further delay. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
