O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register the complaint based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.02.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 07.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry is pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
