:Contemnors PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying this Court to proceed against all the three contemnors for contempt of Court, punish suitably for the willful violation and disobedience of the order passed by this Court, in W.P(MD)No.1340 of 2020, on 07.12.2020.

2.A copy of the order in C.M.P(MD)No.3431 of 2021 in W.A.(MD)No.765 of 2021, dated 01.04.2021, has been forwarded to the Court and it is seen that the Division Bench had granted an interim stay.
3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
