O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.03.2015, investigate into the case in accordance with law and file final report within a reasonable time. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is not co-operating with the police for enquiry.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would co-operate with the police for enquiry. 5.Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such appearance, the second respondent is directed to deal with the matter and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter.
