This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.173 of 2015 dated 03.07.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent under Sections 341, 427, 447, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.
