This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R., registered in Crime No.75 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same in respect of the petitioners.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Madurai, but the same has not been taken on file.

dismissed as infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Madurai is directed to verify as to whether charge-sheet has already been filed Crime No.75 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, and if it is so, he has to take the case on file without further delay. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
