PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to pass appropriate Order directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry on the basis of complaint given by third respondent. For Petitioner : Mr.C.K.M.Appaji For R1 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor For R2 : Mr.T.Selvan

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 02.03.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
