The petitioners, who are the Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.230 of 2023, have filed this application to quash the FIR pending against them.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that in this case, investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.57 of 2024.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 03.04.2024 NCC :
