This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned summon issued by the first respondent in kD vz; .18/ALGSC/SVG/2022 dated 19.01.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the petitioner was issued impugned summon dated 19.01.2022 and subsequently enquiry was conducted and closed the complaint of the second respondent.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
