O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to hand over the key of statute complex of Maveerar Perarasar Perumbidugu Mutharayar at Main Road Chettithottam, Sankanvalasai, Pudukovil Post, Ramanathapuram District, to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 26.03.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 26.03.2018 to the respondents to hand over the key of statute complex of Maveerar Perarasar Perumbidugu Mutharayar at Main Road Chettithottam, Sankanvalasai, Pudukovil Post, Ramanathapuram District to the petitioner. representation, this writ petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer.

4.Mr.K.Mahendran, learned counsel represented before the Court that he is taking steps to file an application to implead one Vellaichamy, who is a President of Mutharayar Peravai as a party respondent in this petition. Further, he raised objections to grant the relief sought in this petition.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that last year there was a violation of conditions during festival. Therefore, the petitioner's representation was forwarded to the Tahsildar concerned to convene a Peace Committee Meeting and the same is pending. At this stage, the prayer sought in the Petition cannot be granted.

6.Considering the submissions made by both parties, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity to the aggrieved person. The second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.7628 of 2018 dated 16.04.2018 to the aggrieved person namely, Vellaichamy, President of Mutharayar Peravai and any of interested parties. 7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
