ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.9 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the accused person abused the de-facto complainant in filthy language and also assaulted him. Hence the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.3859 of 2023 4.This Court had already dismissed the anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2251 of 2023, dated 09.02.2023. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
