Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impunged order in O.Mu.No.98/B6/2015 dated 10.03.2015 on the file of the respondent no.5 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent no.3 to 5 to appoint the petitioner in the Post of Assistant Professor, Department of History by interchanging the backlog vacancy reserved for General Turn (General Deaf) or schedule caste (General Deaf) in accordance with the section 36 of the persons with disabilities (Equal Opportunities, protection of Rights and Full participation) Act, 1995 and the office Memorandum issued by the respondent no.1 dated 29.12.2005 . 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the official respondent submitted that, as directed by this Court, Government has passed G.O.Ms.No.13, Higher Education (F2) Department, dated 17.09.2019. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation to the Teachers Recruitment Board for appropriate orders.
3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed.
