To enlarge the petitioner / accused no.3 on bail in connection with C.C No. 818 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for NDPS Cases, Madurai in Crime No. 50 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who is facing trial for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in C.C.No.818 of 2022 on 1/3

the file of the learned Special Court for NDPS Cases, Madurai, in Crime No.50 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.04.2022, at about 06.00 pm., based on the secret information, the respondent police conducted raid and they searched the petitioner and other accused persons. On search, it was found that they were in joint possession of 20 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is in prison from 03.04.2023 and hence, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that already the petitioner herein filed a petition for bail and this Court dismissed the same on 02.01.2024. He would further submit that there is no change in circumstances. Hence, he prayed to dismiss the present petition. 5.
