This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner on 06.03.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
