O R D E R

This civil revision petition has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2019 on the file of the Second Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is 80 years old and she does not have any legal heirs. Hence, he prays for a direction to the Second Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2019 as early as possible.

3.Admittedly, the petitioner is the plaintiff in the above suit on the file of the Second Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai. Even though the suit is of the year 2019, in which pleadings have been completed, considering the age of the petitioner/plaintiff, the Second Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
