PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take further action against the respondents 4 to 8 based on petitioners representation dated 13.02.2025 within the time as fix by this Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take further action against the respondents 4 to 8 based on petitioners representation dated 13.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she and her father are doing agriculture in S.Nos.11/1 and 95/5A situated at Vagavayal Revenue Village, Ramanathapuram District. The private respondents had taken away fully grown paddies from her agricultural land. Therefore, the 2/5
petitioner's father lodged the complaint, but no action has been taken. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they received representation from the petitioner's father and assigned C.S.R.No.54 of 2025 and the same is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry and dispose of the representation, within a week.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
5.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry based on the representation, dated 13.02.2025, within a period of one week in accordance with law.
