(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The petitioner is a third party to the proceedings. The third defendant in the suit is the mortgagee. They had assigned the secured asset in favour of the petitioner herein. The suit was dismissed by the Court below. Aggrieved by the same, the plaintiffs have filed this appeal. Since the third defendant is no longer interested in the matter, the petitioner herein wants to get themselves impleaded. 2.No exception can be taken to the aforesaid request. 2/4
