Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents and their subordinate to give adequate police protection for the petitioner and accord permission to celebrate 'Kappu Kattuthal' function on 30.05.2019 and to celebrate subsequent temple festivals from 05.06.2019 to 07.06.2019 at Sri Muthalamman Temple, Thethampatti Village, by considering the representation dated 21.05.2019.
