ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal programme on 07.06.2019 at about 07.00 p.m., in connection with the festival of "Arulmigu Bathirakaliamman Thirukoil" situated in Keezhatheru, Keezharajakularaman, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 07.06.2019 in connection with the festival of the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 01.06.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
