ORDER
This is the second application filed to suspend the sentence. Earlier application filed by this petitioner was considered by this Court elaborately in Crl.M.P.No.3459 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by an order dated 30.08.2024.
2. This Court is not inclined to review the earlier order passed by this Court as there is no change in circumstances.
