Heard both sides.

2.The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned application for registration of the petitioner's father's demise. The second respondent has to conduct enquiry. I make it clear I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Issuance of direction would not mean that this Court had endorsed the factual veracity of the claim made by the petitioner herein. The second to give a disposal on the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
