This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and further direct the respondent to give police protection so as to put up construction in S.No.547/22 measuring an extent of 0.01.20 hectare(3 cents) situated at Vadathipatti, S.V.Mangalam Revenue Group, Tirupattu Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the respondent submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed in the matter and both parties were advised to approach civil court for appropriate relief.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed.
