This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for entire records connected with the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.49 of 2014 in Crime No.26 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.49 of 2014, the case was ended in acquittal on 13.11.2014. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
