ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b),353,307,506(ii) and 379(sand theft) of IPC, in Crime No.218 of 2016 seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the third petitioner has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody and the other petitioners are having previous cases and prayed for dismissal of this petition.

3. Considering the fact that the 3rd petitioner has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody this petition is dismissed against the 3rd petitioner and the other petitioners are having pervious cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 1 and 2.
