This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 2.4.2015 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) on instructions submits that the complaint given by the proposed accused in this petition against the petitioner has been registered in Crime No.216 of 2015.

3.If that is the case, consequently the complaint given by the petitioner will have to be registered and thereafter investigation will have to be made.

4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to register the complaint given by the petitioner and thereafter investigate both the complaints and file final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
