This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection for Aadal Padal programme on 12/06/2019 at night 08.00 to 01.00 hours in connection with Vaikasi festival in Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Temple at Vadamalaipatti village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioners representation, dated 23/05/2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 12/06/2019 in connection with the festival of "Vikasi" in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 23/05/2019 to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23/05/2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
