3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to quash S.T.C.Nos.30 of 2012 and 3 of 2016 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II (C.C.I.W), Tirunelveli and hence these petitions are dismissed.

However, the appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court is dispensed with. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the S.T.C.Nos.30 of 2012 and 3 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
