Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned property.

3.The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall put the interested person, if any, on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
