ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are A2 and A4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.88 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the prosecution, due to the previous enimity the accused have attacked the injured.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this is a case in counter and the petitioners' party has sustained injury, for which a case is registered against the defacto complainant in Crime No.89 of 2015 for the offence under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

4.Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the accused Nos.1 and 3 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody and the victim has been discharged from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the hospital.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m until further order. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
