Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4255 of 2018, dated 19.03.2018.
2.The petitioners are only in-laws. They are not the principal accused. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), however, opposed the request for relaxation on the ground that the main accused is yet to be arrested.
3.Taking note of the role attributed to the petitioners, the condition already imposed on them is modified to the effect that they shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
