ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who was arrested and demanded to judicial custody on 27.01.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 323, 307 IPC r/w Section 3(2) (v) of SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 @ 147, 148, 323, 307 & 302 of I.P.C r/w Section 3(2) (v) of SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 in Crime No.12 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had attacked four persons and one of them succumbed to injuries.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the main accused have been arrested and released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5383 of 2015 vide order dated 08.04.2015 and in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.4203 & 4700 of 2015 vide order dated 07.04.2015.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner attacked the witness by name Mr.Chandrasekar and caused injuries and the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

Considering the overt act attributed against the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
