This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's land fencing in survey No.349/2 totally 2.15 hectare, situated at Periyanarikottai Village, Kollankudi Group, Kalaiyar Kovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the complaint, dated 27.11.2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the same is still pending.
