ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time for complying with the order of this Court, dated 21.01.2025 in Crl.MP(MD)No.14207 of 2024 in Crl.RC(MD)No.1402/2024, wherein this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a 1/3

sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.11 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Uthamapalayam on or before 21.02.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to deposit the amount as directed by this Court as he could not mobilize the funds and seeks two weeks time to comply with the order. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as directed by this Court, on or before 04.03.2025.

4. Post the matter on 05.03.2025.
