ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.11.2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No. 344 of 2016, seek bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that there are totally 13 accused in this case and the petitioners herein are A10 and A11 respectively. It is a case of double murder and the deceased are brothers. He would further submit that the first petitioner herein is detained under Goondas Act, as per Cr.M.P.No.04/2017, dated 04.02.2017 of the District Collector and District Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli District. The copy of the detention order is also produced for perusal of this Court. The alleged overt act against the second petitioner herein is that he has attacked the deceased Raja @ Annavi with aruval on head and hands and A5 is still absconding and the investigation is pending.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the alleged overt act of the second petitioner and also the order of detention as against A1, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, at this stage.
