ORDER

The petitioners herein are facing trial for the offence under Sections 498(A), 294(b)and 506(i) of IPC in C.C.No.8 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi. The defacto complainant viz., Sudhaseela Mary is present in person before this Court. She states that she has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. The parties have also filed a compromise memo. The parties are identified by the respective counsel and also the first respondent namely V.Beaulahnandini, Lalgudi All Women Police Station.

CRL OP(MD).
