This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.240 of 2014 dated 12.04.2014 on the file of the Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed on 18.05.2015 against the petitioner.
