ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.It is not in dispute that Survey No.73/11 Thoothai Village is a patta land. The grievance of the petitioner is that the authorities propose to lay road on his patta land. Now the question appears to be the identity of the property.

3.The respondents are directed to conduct survey and thereafter lay road as proposed by them. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
