PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police Nos.1 to 4 to give protection to the petitioner and her family members and the lands to cut and carry away her country trees presently at Melur Ward A, Block 4, T.S.No.29/4 in S.No.25/2A, 25/2B and 25/2C1 an extent of 1 Acre and 80 Cents. ORDER

This direction petition is filed to direct the respondent 1 to 4 to give protection to the petitioner and her family members and the lands to cut and carry away her country trees presently at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Melur Ward A, Block 4, T.S.No.29/4 in S.No.25/2A, 25/2B and 25/2C1, an extent of 1 Acre and 80 Cents.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection to her and her family members through a complaint dated 26.03.2012. Now, 6-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
